The ServSafe Class is fun and interactive for the members of the class. We teach and train from the Executive Chef to the newly hired bus person.

Massachusetts Allergen Training is available via classroom training or on the internet. The cost for the training is $25 and certificate issued and received in approximately ten days.

ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
Including class & written or online exam is $165 per person with a ServSafe 7th edition book. Written exam results are received in approximately 10 days.

2 Day Course Available
Includes ServSafe class with online exam and practical food training to give you a step up on the competitive job market. Course runs 8 hours a day and both days are strongly recommended this is a lot of information. It will make it possible for you to approach an interview with the confidence and pose needed.

All classes have the option of being held on location or at an upcoming class location.

One on One Classes
$165.00 per person.

Group Classes
$165.00 per person for a group of 1-10.
$145.00 per person for a group of 11-20.
$135.00 per person for a group of 21-34.

Two Day course
$250.00 per person

All classes include ServSafe 7th edition Book. Prices include Print or Web based Exam. Must have a Laptop for web based Exams. Any changes in Exams after registration may result in extra costs.

POLICIES

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy No Call/No Show

If a customer does not show up for a scheduled class,they will forfeit the total cost of the class. If a customer cancels within 7 business day of scheduled class, they will be charged 50% of total cost.

Call to Reschedule
If a participant contacts me 11 business days or more prior to a class, there is no charge to reschedule. If less than 10 business days, participant may reschedule for a $30 fee. Participant must reschedule within 4 months of the original class date.

Cancellations of Classes
If a class is postponed due to inclement weather or insufficient participants, participant will be placed in another class suitable to their needs or refunded payment upon request.

Disclosure
Information presented during training is local, state, and federal regulatory accepted food safety information. Instructors may use real world examples during classroom instruction, However, at no time is the example to be construed as direct action for a specific business or situation.
